Down 29 pounds in 5 months!

At the time when I joined Infinite 30, I was overweight, tired, and often unhappy. I had tried many weight loss plans in the past–Weight Watchers, Atkins diet, Slimfast, limiting portions. These diets always worked for me. I’d lose the weight but then eventually gain it back. Before Infinite30, I was at my heaviest. I was tired everyday, even when I did not exert much energy. I took 2 hour naps regularly and still felt tired. I knew something needed to change. I saw that a former colleague had gone through the program and had lost the weight. The best part was that she had kept the weight off a year later. This is what impressed me. In January of 2019, I decided to take the leap. I joined Infinite30. It was life changing. Not only did I begin losing the weight I so desperately wanted to lose, but I also began having energy. I didn’t need the 2 hour naps. I didn’t need a nap at all. After completing the first 30 days, I continued with the Learning & Living phase. I am now in my fifth month and I am 0.2 pounds away from my goal. I am fitting into pants 4 sizes smaller and enjoying shopping for clothes. Better yet, I enjoy having energy and feeling content in my own skin. This program has done wonders for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a better quality of life.
