The First Month…
At Infinite30, we believe in the principle of overcoming the most difficult task first, so that everything after seems easy. The first month of our program is easily the most strenuous of the whole experience, and that is why it helps our members lose an average of 20 pounds in the first 30 days.
During the first month, you will follow a strict low-carb diet, eating only fruits, veggies and lean proteins. Through this diet, you will break what is often a life-long addiction to foods filled with sugar, salt or fat.
When you sign up for the Infinite30 Program, you will receive a starting kit which includes the following:
One month supply of the supplements you need to regulate the 7 key hormones which affect weight loss.
Recipe book with information on nutrition and ideas to keep your meals interesting while still sticking to our low-carb diet.
All of the charts and information you need to track your weight and health over the course of the first month.
To help you through this process, you will attend weekly group seminars and check in daily with your weight loss coach. At the weekly meetings, you will check in with the group and report your progress, learn the science behind weight loss, and receive tips on how to overcome common roadblocks in your weight loss journey.
With daily check ins with your weight loss coach you will report your current weight and your progress on your diet. This personal relationship helps to increase accountability, and allows you to ask any questions you may have about the program or your diet.
By the end of the month you will experience a drastic shift in your health and your mindset, and you will be ready to continue your weight loss journey.
After the first month of the Infinite30 program, your journey to lose weight and keep it off continues. Studies show that only a small percentage of people can maintain a strict ketogenic diet. Because of this, after the first few weeks, we begin to add foods back to your diet.
As we add these foods back into your diet, we track their effect on your weight and how you feel in order to create a personalized diet plan where you can keep your weight and health while still eating many of the foods you enjoy!
You will also continue attending weekly seminars, learning the secrets behind weight loss and the keys to success! At these meetings you will share your successes and struggles, receiving support from the community and sharing your recipes and advice with those who are new to the program.
Throughout our process, you will continue to shop at the same stores — there is no need to buy expensive packaged foods from us to succeed in our program. This is an important element which contributes to your long term success as your start to build a sustainable lifestyle.
