There’s an in-between option that can help: minimize or skip the greasy takeout altogether.
It’s all too easy to spend a weeklong vacation eating nothing but pizza and fries and ice cream. Instead, why not take advantage of the vacation to do more cooking?
In our day-to-day lives, we can get too busy to cook a healthy meal for our family. Don’t think of cooking as a chore; see it as an opportunity for togetherness and wellness, and prioritize vacation homes with nice kitchens.
