Front Desk Associate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, enthusiastically greeting members, answering phones, responding to messages, entering sales transactions, processing paperwork, booking appointments, packing and shipping orders, and ordering and stocking inventory. Associate should genuinely love helping others, have an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, be organized, detail-oriented, a team player, outgoing online social media presence, troubleshooter, multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours. Senior position at store level and tasked with managing day-to-day operations. Responsible for presenting the Infinite30 program to prospective members, coaching all Lose Phase members, knowing the science behind the program to assist on their journey, enjoy a social media presence to promote Infinite30.
